What to include
- Bug reports: which tool, which browser and device, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
- Corrections: the page URL and the sentence you think is wrong, ideally with a source.
- Feature requests: what you were trying to do and where the site got in your way.
- Advertising or partnerships: a short description of your proposal. We do not publish sponsored content on the blog.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Please note we cannot provide personalised tutoring or decode long recordings by email — the translator and trainer are available 24/7 for that.
